We are thrilled to annouce our newest board member! Many of you may know her and if you do you will understand why we are so excited to have her. Please help me welcome Sara!

Sara Gregson is a teacher who currently lives and works in Shanghai, China. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Masters in Education. She was introduced to With Change in Mind in 2012 when organizing a group of teachers for an education-based service trip the following summer. Right away she knew that WCIM was a special organization. When she traveled to Malawi to help train teachers and work with students at Kauma Elementary School, she knew that this was just the beginning of her deep connection with WCIM. She is enthusiastic about joining the Board so she can work toward sustainable change for the adults and children of Malawi. As a Board member Sara hopes to spread the word of WCIM’s admirable mission and support others as they experience the joy of the Warm Heart of Africa. She is excited to bring together passionate volunteers who are willing to share their individual strengths and determination to make an impact in Malawi and to support the growth of the communities we serve.
