Community Volunteer Experience

So much is happening with the organization right now! Im bursting and going in so many different directions all at once. I am so proud to announce that we have officially started seeking high school students in Clinton County, IL to participate in the first Community Volunteer Experience!!! This program has already started to hit the newspapers here locally and Im sure you will be seeing more in the weeks to come. I am thrilled to see who will take the leap and join these groups. I can’t wait to see what the young people in this area come up with as far as projects and I look so forward to helping them achieve their goals. I think by the end of the school year we will have some incredible stories to share.

If you know of any high school age students who would like to participate in this first year of the With Change In Mind Community Volunteer Experience please contact me using the contact form here on the site. If you would like more information I can mail you or deliver you a flyer.

The program will start beginning of October and run through May. Our informational meetings are scheduled in Trenton on September 24th at the Trenton First United Methodist Church and on September 25th in Carlyle at the Pinball Palace. Both will start at 7pm! I hope to see many students and parents come out to see what all of this is about and how it will truly be an experience of a lifetime!
